08 - 4 medium washed potatoes, cut into chips
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
12 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Burger Sauce

13 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tbsp ketchup
15 - 1 tsp dijon mustard
16 - 1 tbsp pickle juice
17 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
18 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

→ Toppings

19 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
20 - 1/2 cup dairy-free shredded cheese
21 - 1/3 cup sliced pickles

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Cut potatoes into chips, pat dry, and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
03 - Air fry or roast chips at 200°C (400°F) until golden and crispy, shaking occasionally.
04 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef mince, brown, then stir in remaining spice mix and cook until moisture evaporates.
05 - Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Adjust to taste.
06 - Divide chips and lettuce between bowls. Top with beef, cheese, and pickles. Drizzle burger sauce over and serve.
