Christmas Fruit Honey Lime (Printer-Friendly)

A vibrant bowl of fresh fruits with a hint of honey-lime, ideal for festive tables or light holiday sides.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Fruit Selection

01 - 1 firm pear, cored and sliced
02 - 2 medium red apples, cored and thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
05 - 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
06 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
07 - 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds

→ Honey-Lime Drizzle

08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon water

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Wash the pear, apples, grapes, and kiwis thoroughly. Core the pear and apples, then cut into thin slices. Halve the grapes. Peel and slice the kiwis. Set all prepared fruit aside.
02 - Gently place the sliced pear, apples, red grapes, green grapes, kiwis, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds into a large clear bowl. Handle raspberries carefully to keep them intact.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and water until the mixture is smooth and fluid.
04 - Pour the honey-lime drizzle evenly over the mixed fruit. With a large silicone spatula, gently fold the fruit until evenly coated, taking care not to crush delicate berries.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled for optimal texture and freshness.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - For best results, choose fruit just before peak ripeness and fold raspberries in last to avoid crushing. Toss apples and pear slices in lime juice to prevent browning.
02 - Arrange the salad in a glass dish for a festive display. Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 3 to 5 days.
