13 - 25 grams granulated sugar
14 - 1 tablespoon orange zest

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh mint leaves

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. Fold in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch. Spoon thick meringue clusters onto the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the meringue cool completely.
02 - In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until needed.
03 - Combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate arils in a bowl. Toss with granulated sugar and orange zest. Set aside.
04 - Layer the trifle in a large dish or individual glasses as follows: crumbled meringue, a layer of whipped cream, then the fruit mixture. Repeat layering until the container is filled, finishing with whipped cream and fruit on top.
05 - Decorate with fresh mint leaves, additional berries, and pomegranate arils to enhance presentation.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - Prepare the meringue a day ahead and store in an airtight container at room temperature for best results.
02 - Substitute the fruit with favorites like cherries or kiwi for variation.
03 - Serve immediately after assembly to preserve meringue texture.
