Homemade Crispy Chicken Tenders (Printer-Friendly)

01 - 454 grams chicken tenders, trimmed of tendon

02 - 125 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 10 grams seasoned salt, divided
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 120 grams panko breadcrumbs

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set up three shallow dishes: first combine flour with half of the seasoned salt, second whisk eggs with a portion of seasoned salt, third mix panko breadcrumbs with remaining seasoned salt.
02 - Remove tendons from the chicken tenders; if using boneless skinless chicken breasts, trim fat and cut into 2.5-centimeter strips.
03 - Dredge each chicken strip first in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally press into the panko breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
04 - Place breaded chicken tenders on a wire rack set over a baking sheet to allow air circulation; bake in a preheated oven at 204°C (400°F) for 18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
