Remove tendons from the chicken tenders; if using boneless skinless chicken breasts, trim fat and cut into 2.5-centimeter strips.

Dredge each chicken strip first in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally press into the panko breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

Place breaded chicken tenders on a wire rack set over a baking sheet to allow air circulation; bake in a preheated oven at 204°C (400°F) for 18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
