Easy Condensed Milk Brownies (Printer-Friendly)

Deliciously fudgy brownies with condensed milk and dark chocolate in just three ingredients.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Chocolate

01 - 8.8 oz dark chocolate (approx. 50% cocoa solids), broken into pieces

→ Dairy

02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 standard tin)

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - 3.5 oz all-purpose flour

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 320°F (300°F fan). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to hang over edges for easy removal.
02 - Combine the broken dark chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
03 - Remove the saucepan from heat. Immediately sift in the all-purpose flour and stir briskly with a wooden spoon until a thick, smooth batter forms. Work quickly as the mixture will begin to thicken as it cools.
04 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to spread it evenly and press gently. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a thin crust forms on top and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
05 - Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan at room temperature for about 1 hour. Lift out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - For best results, use 50% cocoa dark chocolate to balance fudginess and flavor. Work quickly after mixing as the batter sets rapidly.
