# List of Ingredients:

→ Pork

01 - 1 rack baby back ribs

→ Spices

02 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
03 - ½ teaspoon paprika powder
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin

→ Sauces and Sweeteners

05 - ¼ cup dark soy sauce
06 - ¼ cup sweet soy sauce
07 - ¼ cup raw honey

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine onion powder, paprika, and cumin in a small bowl. Rub the spice blend generously over the entire surface of the ribs.
02 - Mix minced garlic with dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey until fully combined. Brush a portion evenly over the ribs, reserving some for later use.
03 - Slice the rack into two sections to fit inside the slow cooker.
04 - Place ribs in the slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours or on high heat for 4 to 5 hours until tender.
05 - Every hour, brush the ribs with the reserved marinade to maintain moisture and enhance flavor throughout the cooking process.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - For best flavor penetration, allow ribs to marinate with the dry rub and sauce for at least 1 hour before cooking.
