01 - 1 large piece flatbread or pizza dough

02 - 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
03 - 2 cups fresh arugula

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to preferred thickness if using.
02 - Place flatbread or rolled dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and season evenly with salt and pepper.
03 - Distribute sliced pears evenly over dough. Sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola cheese uniformly on top.
04 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
05 - Remove from oven and cool slightly. Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice and serve warm.
