Bacon-wrapped green beans glazed with brown sugar for a sweet-savory side that everyone devours.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Bundles

01 - 1 pound fresh French green beans, ends trimmed
02 - 6 slices smoked bacon, cut in half crosswise

→ Glaze

03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar, packed
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon Dan-O's Cheesoning or garlic seasoning blend

→ Finishing

07 - Additional Dan-O's Cheesoning or garlic seasoning, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 5 to 6 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Immediately transfer beans to a large bowl of ice water to stop cooking; drain thoroughly.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dan-O’s Cheesoning until smooth and thickened.
03 - Cut each bacon slice in half to form 12 pieces. Gather 5 to 7 green beans in a neat bundle. Wrap one half-slice of bacon snugly around center of each bundle, tucking ends underneath to secure. Arrange bundles seam-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
04 - Lightly sprinkle each bundle with extra Dan-O’s Cheesoning or preferred garlic seasoning blend for added flavor.
05 - Spoon the brown sugar glaze generously over each bacon-wrapped bundle, spreading lightly with the back of the spoon to coat bacon evenly.
06 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake bundles for 30 to 35 minutes, until bacon is golden and crisp and glaze is caramelized. Optional: For extra crispiness, broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely.
07 - Transfer bundles to a serving platter and serve hot for best texture.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - Blanching green beans before baking preserves vibrant color and ideal texture.
02 - Tucking bacon ends under the bundles helps keep the wrap secure during roasting.
03 - Bundles can be assembled several hours ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
