01 -
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 5 to 6 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Immediately transfer beans to a large bowl of ice water to stop cooking; drain thoroughly.
02 -
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dan-O’s Cheesoning until smooth and thickened.
03 -
Cut each bacon slice in half to form 12 pieces. Gather 5 to 7 green beans in a neat bundle. Wrap one half-slice of bacon snugly around center of each bundle, tucking ends underneath to secure. Arrange bundles seam-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
04 -
Lightly sprinkle each bundle with extra Dan-O’s Cheesoning or preferred garlic seasoning blend for added flavor.
05 -
Spoon the brown sugar glaze generously over each bacon-wrapped bundle, spreading lightly with the back of the spoon to coat bacon evenly.
06 -
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake bundles for 30 to 35 minutes, until bacon is golden and crisp and glaze is caramelized. Optional: For extra crispiness, broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely.
07 -
Transfer bundles to a serving platter and serve hot for best texture.
