→ Binders

03 - 1/4 cup avocado oil
04 - 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
05 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Topping

07 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate bark
08 - 1/3 cup chopped pecans

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Line an 8-inch square cake pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to hang over edges for easy removal.
02 - Combine granola and dried cranberries in a large bowl, stirring to distribute evenly.
03 - Add avocado oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the granola mixture; stir thoroughly until well combined.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan; use a fork or spatula to press down firmly and evenly to ensure the bars hold together.
05 - Melt chocolate bark and 1 tablespoon avocado oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove over low heat, stirring regularly until smooth.
06 - Pour melted chocolate evenly over pressed granola mixture and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Freeze for at least one hour or overnight to set completely.
07 - Remove set block from pan using parchment overhang. Cut into bars of desired size and serve or store appropriately.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - Use gluten-free granola for a gluten-free version. Substitute almond butter for peanut butter to accommodate nut allergies.
02 - Ensure thorough chilling of bars for at least one hour to achieve proper firmness and prevent crumbling.
