09 - 0.75 cup crushed Oreo cookies (reserved from crust mixture)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and set aside.
02 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Reserve 0.75 cup crushed cookies for topping.

05 - In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mixes and 2.5 cups cold milk using an electric mixer for 2 minutes until thickened.
06 - Spread chocolate pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
07 - Spread remaining 8 ounces whipped topping over the pudding layer, smoothing gently.
08 - Sprinkle reserved 0.75 cup crushed Oreos across the top as the final layer.
09 - Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before slicing and serving.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - For optimal texture, chill overnight to allow flavors to meld and layers to set perfectly.
02 - Always use cold milk for pudding to prevent lumps and ensure smoothness.
03 - Fold whipped topping gently into cream cheese to maintain an airy, light texture.
04 - For clean layers, use a spatula to gently spread each component without disturbing the previous layer.
