Creamy banana popsicles made with just three simple ingredients. Easy, healthy, and naturally sweet.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 large ripe bananas, peeled
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
03 - 1/2 cup whole milk or non-dairy milk

→ Optional Flavorings

04 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, to taste
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
08 - 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
09 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries or blueberries, optional
10 - 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, swap for half the milk for protein boost

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Peel the bananas and add them to a blender along with honey and milk. Include any desired optional flavorings.
02 - Blend the mixture on high speed until it forms a completely smooth and creamy batter.
03 - Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full to allow for expansion.
04 - Place popsicle sticks into the center of each mold compartment.
05 - Transfer molds to the freezer and freeze undisturbed for at least 4 hours until fully solid.
06 - Briefly run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Carefully remove from molds and serve immediately.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - For bananas that are not ripe, bake them unpeeled on a sheet pan at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes until skins darken; cool before blending for sweeter popsicles.
02 - Transfer popsicles to a freezer-safe container after unmolding to prevent freezer burn.
