Delicious handheld rolls with turkey, cheddar, cream cheese, and crisp lettuce wrapped in soft tortillas.

01 - 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
06 - 6 slices deli turkey
07 - 4 slices cheddar cheese

08 - 2 large flour tortillas (approx. 10-inch diameter)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface, reaching to all edges to help seal the roll.
03 - Evenly distribute half of the shredded lettuce over the cream cheese, then place 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheddar on the left side of the tortilla, keeping them away from the edge.
04 - Starting at the left edge, roll the tortilla tightly but gently to the other side, using your finger to press and seal the edge. Add more cream cheese if needed to secure the roll.
05 - Repeat spreading, layering, and rolling steps with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
06 - Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 5 bite-sized pinwheels. Optionally discard unfilled ends or serve.
