Crispy fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with sweet toppings. Quick, fun, and perfect for any snack or treat.

# List of Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 frozen Uncrustables sandwiches, any flavor, partially thawed
02 - 1 cup pancake mix (such as Bisquick)
03 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
04 - 2/3 cup milk
05 - 1.5 tablespoons canola oil, for batter

→ For Frying

06 - 2 cups canola oil, for deep frying

→ Toppings (Optional)

07 - Powdered sugar, for dusting
08 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
09 - Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
10 - Cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine pancake mix, eggs, milk, and 1.5 tablespoons canola oil in a large bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth with a few lumps remaining.
02 - Pour 2 cups canola oil into a deep skillet or Dutch oven and heat over medium until oil reaches 375–400°F (191–204°C). Test oil by dropping a small amount of water—if it sizzles, oil is ready.
03 - Insert a skewer or fork into each Uncrustable. Dip each in the batter, turning to ensure all sides are fully coated.
04 - Carefully lower coated Uncrustables into hot oil. Fry for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
05 - Remove sandwiches with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
06 - Place fried Uncrustables on a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and add optional toppings such as sliced strawberries or chocolate drizzle. Serve warm.

# Additional Suggestions:

01 - Always allow Uncrustables to partially thaw before coating and frying to avoid oil splattering.
02 - Fried Uncrustables are extremely hot inside immediately after cooking—let cool for a few minutes before serving, especially to children.
03 - The recipe is versatile; try experimenting with different Uncrustables flavors and toppings.
