Gently melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth. Stir in pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.

Pour white chocolate mixture over the cereal blend and fold gently until all pieces are evenly coated.

Divide powdered sugar evenly into two large resealable bags. Place half of the coated mix into each bag and shake well until thoroughly coated with powdered sugar.
